Merri-Weather, a proud alumna of Hampton University and holder of multiple Master’s degrees, is a dynamic leader dedicated to creating pathways for social wellness in marginalized communities. With a deep-rooted passion for education and communications, Janee channels her expertise to empower students of color and inspire resilience in those who need it most.

Currently shaping young minds as a Special Educator at East Bronx Academy for the Future, Janee’s impact extends beyond the classroom. Her commitment to transformative change is driven by her faith in God, the unwavering support of her family, and her natural flair for fashion, which reflects her vibrant and authentic personality.
